用香蕉皮丙酮粉浆组织传感器测定尿中草酸含量

摘要: 草酸含量是诊断尿结石症的重要手段,测定方法有比色法、色谱法、酶电极分析法等,本文用丙酮作溶剂提取香蕉皮中丰富的草酸氧化酶,将其沉淀粉浆用戊二醛交联偶合于氧电极,制成香蕉皮丙酮粉浆草酸组织传感器,用于尿样中草酸测定,经与离子色谱法对照,结果满意。

Abstract: Coupling of acetone-precipitated pulp from the banana skin to an oxygen electrode, an amperometric tissue-based sensor for oxalate is prepared. The linear response range of this sensor is 0. 01 -0. 5 mmol/Lwith a detection limit of 2.5 ×10-6mol/L. It has a response time less than two minutes and an useful lifetime of thirty days.
