摘要： 标题化合物的合成目的,在于研究其结构与稳定性的关系,用其解释Vb2的生命前合成中某些反应的机理,有关此种化合物的合成文献报道甚少,而且步骤较多。

关键词: 吡嗪环, 2, 4-二氧四氢喋啶, 取代嘧啶, 2, 3, 4-戊三酮

Abstract: Six compounds containing lumazine ring were prepared by the reaction of 4,5-diamino-2,6-dihydroxy-pyrimidine and its derivative with the 2,3, 4-pentanetrione, respectively. Among them, four are new compounds. The structures of these products were proved by 1HNMR, MS spectra.
