Peroxidase Immobilized in Regenerated silk Fibroin Membrane and Its Application to the Sensor in Organic System

Abstract: Peroxidase is successfully imobilized in regenerated silk fibroin membrane. The immobilized enzyme is constructed to the H2O2sensor and is used in the iso-propanol-water system. Moreover, its parameters are checked.
