Abstract: Hierarchical Silicalite-1 aggregates were synthesized by the assembly of Silicalite-1 zeolite seeds under different concentrations of P123. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, TEM and N2 adsorption to evaluate the physico-chemical properties of the mesoporous zeolite aggregates. The sample preserved a single well-defined peak in low-angle XRD patterns, at the same time, the diffraction peaks of Silicalite-1 appeared at wide-angle XRD patterns indicate the formation of MFI structure in the composite. The uniform worm-like pore distributed among the ZSM-5 zeolite aggregates was confirmed by TEM image.
