Abstract: A inderect chemiluminescence method for determination of trace Mo(Ⅵ) has been presented in this paper. The principle of the method is that the reaction of I- with H2O2 is accelereted by Mo(Ⅵ) to produce I2, and I2 oxidize luminol to produce chemiluminescence. The detection limit is 6×10-10g/cm3 Mo. The linear arnge of the calibration cuvers is 1 × 10-9~1×10-7g/cm3 Mo. The relative standard deviation is less than 6%. This method has been used for the .determination of trace Mo in the grains.
