A Study of the Properties of Metastable Zone of the K2SO4 Aqueous Solution(Ⅳ)——The Effect of Impuritie Li+ on the Crystallization Process of K2SO4 Solution

Abstract: The effect of Li+ ion on the metastable zone width and the nucleation characteristic parameters of K2SO4 aqueous solution were invesigated.It was found that the metastable zone widths were increased in the presence of Li+ .The influence of Li+ on the metastable zone width may be a result of its effect on the specific surface energy δ12 and the nucleation energy G(r*).
