Abstract: The present paper covers a new and sensitive method for the determination of trace estrogens, and the 1.5th order differential stripping analysis.Adetection limit 2×10-10 mol/Lof estrogens was estimated after an adsorptive accumulation time of 10 min.The peak height is directly proportional to the concentration of estrogens in the range of 1×10-6~1×10-9mol/L.The method has been used for the assay of estriol in urine samples.
