Preparation and Characterization of NASICON Material by Sol-Gel Method

Abstract: Solid electrolyte NASICONmaterial has been synthesized by Sol-Gel method.The structure and composition were determined by XRD, IRabsorption spectra, Raman spectra and NMR.The superionic electric characteristic was determined by conductivity measurement.The experimental results show that the powders sintered at 900 ℃ possess better properties compared with those of the samples sintered at 700, 800 and 1100 ℃.
