Abstract: The dynamic surface tension(DST) of Dynol-604 was measured by using the maximum bubble pressure method. At first the curves of DST with lgt were obtained, then the parameters(ti, t*, tm, γm) were obtained from the curves above and R1/2 can be calculated out. The effects of the concentration of Dynol-604 and temperature on the dynamic surface tension of Dynol-604 have been investigated. The results showed that the dynamic surface activity and adsorption energy of Dynol-604 increased with the increase of temperature and their concentration, and the diffusion energy decreased with the increasing of temperature and Dynol-604 concentration. In a word, the transient and equilibrium surface activities of Dynol-604 are very high.
