Abstract: Under the semiclassical approximation, we apply the dynamical Lie algebraic method combining with intermediate picture to study energy transfer in the atom-anharmonic oscillatorcollinear collision. By using the first order approximation of group parameterswe solve the motion equation of group parameters and obtain the time evolution operator. As an example, the scattering system H2+He is considered. Our results are in good agreement with those obtained by the exact quantum mechanics calculations.
