Abstract: The morphologies and mechanical properties of epoxy resins toughened by hy-droxyl-terminated butadiene-acrylonitrile copolymer (HTBN) and cured with hexahydroph-thalic anhydride were studled. The results show that the level of HTBNin epoxy resin, con-tent of acrylonitri1e in HTBNand curing temperature influence the morphology and then in-fluence the mechanical properties of cured epoxy resin.
