Studies on Relaxation Kinetics of Coordination Reaction Between Ti and 3,5-Dibromosalicylfluorone

Abstract: In this paper,the relaxation time was determined at different Ti(Ⅳ)concentrations by the concentration jump relaxation method. The reasonable mechanism is drawn up.The expression of 1/was derived from the assumed mechanism of reaction. The apparentrate constant and molar absorbance index were obtained by the concentration jump relaxation Tnethod.The results shows that the value of stability constant of the complex (K=1.799×109) is in agreement with that (K=2.12 × 109)obtained by using equilibrium movement method.
