Immobilization of Glucose Oxidase onto regenerated Silk Fibroin and Its Application to Glucose Sensor

Abstract: Glucose oxidase was immobilized onto regenerated silk fibroin membrane and themorphology of the blend membrane of the two kinds of macromolecules was investigatedwith SEM. The glucose sensor based on the immobilized enzyme exhibited a high sensitivity,perfect stability and long lifetime.
