摘要: 在合成标题化合物的基础上,测定了其晶体结构.由于苯环邻位取代基的差异,导致了两者在空间构象上的极大差异,从而引起它们生物活性的绝然不同.与磺酰脲类除草剂的晶体结构进行比较后发现,这两类除草剂的空间构象与生物活性间的关系是完全一致的,从而进一步说明了它们与ALS可能具有相同的结合位点.

Abstract: The title compound was syntheslzed and analysed by X-ray diffraction.The difference of ortho-substituents resulted in the great difference in conformation and their herbicidal activity.Compared with the crystal structures of herbicidal sulfonurea, the same structure-activity relationship as that of sulfonurea can be found in sulfonamides, which indicatedthat this two kinds of herbicides might have the same binding site on ALS.
