新型非酯型拟除虫菊酯类化合物的合成及其生物活性的研究(Ⅰ)

摘要: 传统的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂均含有1个酯基。近些年来,相继合成了一些非酯型拟除虫菊酯化合物。在保持分子整体空间结构不变的情况下,用其它功能团替换酯基,已开发出肟醚菊酯、醚菊酯、烃菊酯和酮菊酯等高效低毒、结构简化的杀虫剂,其中醚菊酯已正式作为农药商品。

Abstract: Ten N-aryl-3-methyl-3-(p-ethoxyphenyl)butyramide were synthesized and screened as new pyrethroids. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by 1HNMR, IRand elemental analysis. All of the compounds showed a moderately insecticidal activity and a knockdown effect against house-flies. For different compounds, the mortality is about 5%~30% and the knockdown percent is about 10%~42. 5% at the dose of 0. 952 μg/housefly.
