甘西鼠尾草中三个新的萜类化合物

Three New Terpenoids from Salvia przewalskii Maxim.

摘要: 采用反复硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶、反相硅胶、MCI凝胶柱色谱等多种色谱方法分离纯化甘西鼠尾草的化学成分,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行化合物的结构鉴定.由甘西鼠尾草根和根茎的50%乙醇提取物中得到了两个新的二萜化合物,命名为甘西鼠尾三醇A(1)、甘西鼠尾三醇B(2),得到了一个新的单萜苷化合物,命名为甘西鼠尾甲苷(3).

Abstract: Salvia przewalskii Maxim. (Labiatae) is widely distributed in the western areas of China, such as Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan and Tibet provinces. And it has been used as a substitute in Chinese folk medicine for S. miltiorrhiza Bge. (Dan Shen). The mainly chemical constituents of S. przewalskii are diterpenoids and phenolic acids. In our search, isolation and purification were carried out repeatedly by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, ODS C18 and MCI gel column chromatography. Two new diterpenoids, named ganxintriol A (1) and ganxintriol B (2), and a new monoterpenoid glycoside, named ganxinoside A (3), were obtained from 50% ethanol extract of the roots and rhizomes of S. przewalskii. Their structures were established on the basis of physical methods, chemical methods and spectral data.
