单斜BiVO4的离子液体辅助水热合成及表征

Synthesis and Characterization of m-BiVO4 via Ionic Liquid-assisted Hydrothermal Synthesis

摘要: 在离子液体([BMIM]Br)辅助的水热条件下合成了斜钒铋矿(Clinobisvanite, m-BiVO4)片状多面体微米晶体. 采用XRD、IR和SEM对产物物相、结构和形貌进行了表征. m-BiVO4为单斜结构,I2/b空间群. 合成规律研究表明,离子液体浓度和pH值具有中影响;离子液体对形貌的控制作用可归结为[BMIM]+在产物(001)面的吸附.

Abstract: Ionic liquid-assisted hydrothermal technique was used for the synthesis of Clinobisvanite (m-BiVO4) micron-sheet crystal and the crystal structure was refined by Rietveld method. m-BiVO4 has a monoclinic symmetry with space group I2/b. Synthesized products were characterized by XRD, IR and SEM methods. The primary results indicated that the amount of ionic liquid and pH value played crucial roles in controlling the morphology of as-prepared m-BiVO4. Particularly, the amount of ionic liquid [BMIM]Br can effectively control the shape of m-BiVO4 by the adsorption on the (001) plane of m-BiVO4.
