摘要: 以恒电位将金纳米粒子(AuNP)沉积于玻碳电极表面, 在模板分子乙基溴硫磷存在下通过循环伏安法将L-半胱氨酸组装到金纳米粒子修饰的玻碳电极上, 制备了可选择性识别乙基溴硫磷的L-Cys/AuNP/GCE印迹膜电极. 结果表明, 该电极具有良好的稳定性和重现性, 对乙基溴硫磷的线性响应范围为2.5~17.5 μmol/L, 检出限(S/N=3)为0.83 μmol/L.

Abstract: A novel molecular imprinted(MIP) film/Au nanoparticles(AuNP) modified glassy carbon electrode(GCE), L-Cys/AuNP/GCE(MIP), was prepared by electrochemical deposition of gold nanoparticles and electrochemical assembly of L-Cys at the surface of GCE using bromophos ethyl as template molecular. The results indicate that L-Cys/AuNP/GCE(MIP) can selectively recognize bromophos ethyl and be applied for the electrochemical determination of bromophos ethyl in the spiked sample. Under the optimized conditions, the electrochemical response is directly proportional to the bromophos ethyl concentration in the range from 2.5 to 17.5 μmol/L, with a detection limit(S/N=3) of 0.83 μmol/L. The experiment results also show that the L-Cys/AuNP/GCE(MIP) has good stability and reproducibility.
