Abstract: The crystal of [Cu(L-His) (Phen)].2ClO4.H2Owas synthesized and characterized by element analysis, molar conductivity, UV, IRand X-ray single crystal structure. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21, with a=1. 2227(2) nm, b=0. 7145(14) nm, c=1. 4520(3) nm, β=109. 82 (3)° V=1. 1933(4) nm3, Z=2, F(000)=624, Dc=1.711 g/cm3, μ(Mo Ka) =12. 08 cm-1, R=0.0509, wR=0. 1392.
