含萘(2,6)生色基的合成双分子膜研究

Studies on Synthetic Bilayer Membranes Containing Naphthalene Chromophore

摘要: 本文首次了报道系列单链、2,6-取代萘刚性生色基的双亲化合物CnNaph(2,6)C4N+(CH3)3(n=16,12,7,4),C12Naph(2,6)PO4-和C12Naph(2,6)C4N+(CH3)2CH2CH2OH的合成。分别用AEM、1HNMR和DSC考察了该系列化合物在稀水溶液中的自组织行为、聚集体内分子运动和物相变化。当n≥7时,该系列双亲化合物在稀水溶液中可自组织形成双分子层结构,亲水基团的种类直接影响双亲分子的自组织形态。

Abstract: Aseries of single-chain naphthalene containing amphiphiles, C.Naph(2,6)C4N+ (CH3)3 (n= 16,12,7,4), C12Naph(2,6)C4N+(CH3)2CH2CH2OHandC12Naph(2,6)PO4- were systematically synthesized.The aggregate morphology of the amphiphiles in dilute aqueous solution was observed by electron microscopy.The gel-to-liquid crystal phase transition of the bilayer membranes was studied by means of differential scanning calorimmetry(DSC).1H NMRresults of the aqueous bilayers are used to investigate the molecular motion in the membranes.The self-organization properties are discussed for the series of amphiphiles in dilute aqueous solution.
