摘要: 首次利用疏水性聚苯乙烯骨架,经磺酰氯功能基化后,将β-环糊精(β-CD)化学键联到高分子载体上,制备出一类新型的β-CD高分子,研究了不同反应体系、载体骨架交联度、反应时间、温度、反应物投料比对固载化反应的影响,该反应途径简便,条件温和,β-CD固载容量高.

Abstract: A novel β-cyclodextrin polymer was prepared by immobilization of β-cyclodextrin onto chlorosulfonated and crosslinked polystyrene carrier via chemically bonding.Experimental results show that the β-cyclodextrin polymers made by the two systems of NaH/DMFand Et3N/ DMAP/DMF have high immobilization amounts.The influence factors were studied in detail.
