PC-SMa高分子合金的相界面

Phase Interfaces of PC-SMa Polymer Alloys

摘要: 苯乙烯(S)-马来酸酐(Ma)共聚物(SMa)与聚碳酸酯(PC)熔融共混的高分子合金(PC-SMa),其流动性优于PC,较易注射成型,又有优良的韧性和耐热性,成本较低,近年来得到各方面的重视。研究PC/SMa相界面对了解该体系棚容性有重要意义。本文用Dobkowski模型研究PC-SMa的棚界面,并和电镜观察的结果进行了对照。

Abstract: PC-SMa polymer alloys proceeded at 260℃ is in accordance with Dobkowski's model, it can be expressed by e= 0. 331V + 0. 603V2 - 1. 945V3 + 1. 316V4 ζR= 0. 847 + 1. 460V - 3. 162V2 + 1. 863V3 in which, e:reinforcement factor, V: volume fraction of dispersed component. The values of ζR(volume fraction of dispersed component in the dispersed space) show the interface adhesion of PC (polycarbonate) and SMa (styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer), which are in agreement with the SEM observation of this polymer alloys.
