R-(—)-1-氯甲基-4-乙基-2,8,9-三氧杂-5-氮杂-1-硅杂三环[3,3,3,01.5]十一碳烷的晶体结构

The Crystal Structure of JR-( -)-Chloromethyl-4-Ethylsilatrane

摘要: 杂氮硅三环(这里有图片19900127-102-1.gif)是一类具有特殊生理活性的新型有机硅化合物,有关其合成及性质在近20年中已有大量报道[1]。特别是当R为氯甲基时,该化合物的生理活性很高,用它制成的药膏已用来治疗脱发及伤口愈合。

Abstract: The title compounds crystallized in orthorhombic system with space group P212121 and cell dimensions a = 7. 964 (2)Å , b = 9.047(4)Å, c= 16. 864(8)Å , V=1215.0Å3, Z=4, De= 1. 375 g ·cm-1, λ=1. 5418 A, μ=13.067 cm-1. The structure was solved by direct method and refined by block-matrix least-squares. The final discrepancy factors are R=0. 034 and Rw=0.040 for 959 reflections with I>2. 5<r(I). The Si←Nbond length is 2.102(3)Å.
