Strdies on Biological Active Organophosphorus Compounds(XII)──Synthesis and Property of α-(2-Benzoxazolyl)oxyacetoxyalkyl Phosphonates

Abstract: Twenty-one new phosphorus compounds were synthesized by the reaction of O,O-dialkyl-α-chloroacetoxyalkyl phosphonates and sodium salt of 3-hydroxymethylbenzoxazolone.Their structures were confirmed by means of elementary analysis,IR,1H and 31P NMR and MS.The possible mechanism is that the unsteady reactive intermediate reacting from reactants undergoes intramolecular electron migration rearrangement to form the products.
