Synthesis and Characterization of SAPO-5 Molecular Sieve

Abstract

Abstract: SAPO-5 molecular sieve was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization at 190℃ from a mixture containing HFand tripropylamine as the template. SAPO-5 molecular sieve was characterized by means of XRD, ²⁹SiMAS NMR and electron microprobe analysis technique. The factors having influence on the synthesis have been studied such as the source of P,A1 and Si; composition of starting-mixture; order of adding reactant; pHvalue; F^-and template and so on.
