Specific Conversion of Diester-diterpenoid Aconitum Alkaloids Components into Hydrolysis Monoester-diterpenoid Alkaloids Components and Lipo-alkaloids Components

Abstract: Methods of specific conversion of diester-diterpenoid aconitum alkaloids components into hydrolysis monoester-diterpenoid alkaloids components and lipo-alkaloids components have been established, conversion percentages were over 90%. Electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry was used to monitor conversion degree and identify conversion products, also to detect by-products.
