Abstract:

A micro-fluidic chip experiment system with two-dimension separation and two point chemiluminescence detectors is described. The system could be used to perform two-dimensional separations of complex samples, such as amino acid, polypeptides and proteins. In order to acquire the two-dimension electropherogram, two detectors are synchronously used on one chip for detecting the first dimensional and the second dimensional separated sample components, respectively. The experiment system could be suitable for the separation and detection of many micro-fluidic chips with complicated fluidic-path structure.
