Synthesis of 1-Arylaminocarbonyl-3-benzylthio-4-carbethoxy(or cyano)-5-aminopyrazole

Abstract

Abstract: 1-Arylaminocarbonyl-3-benzylthio-4-carbethoxy(or cyano)-5-aminopyrazoles(3)were synthesized by the reaction of the 5-amino-3-benzylthio-4-carbethoxy(or cyano) pyrazole with the aryl isocyanate.It was found that there were great influence of the property and position of substituents X,Yon the chemical shift of H-(N2) in₁H NMRspectra.By means of molecular mechanics calculations, the substituent effect on the chemical shift of H-(N2) was rationalized.The preliminary bioassay shows that some compounds have herbicidal activities.
