Correlation and Application of Three Major Parameters in the Differential Spectrophotometry with an Electrical Reference

Abstract: This paper describes the definitions and properties of three parameters, reference of 100% transmittance Tr, the counter-microcurrent reference i and scale magnification x in the differential spectrophotometry with an electrical reference (ERDS), and deduces the expression formula of the reference of 0% transmittance TR, and points out the correlations of the parameters. The relative error function diagram of different x in ERDS has been drawn by a computer. By using this method, a good result has been obtained in determining P2O5in phosphate rock.
