摘要: 本文提出了一种测定锌的亚稳态能量转移发射光谱法。以氮气为工作气体,利用微波放电产生活化氮余辉,采用电热蒸发微量进样装置进样。考察了各实验参数对测定锌的影响,在472.2nm处测定锌,检出限为2.3ng。对实际样品中锌的测定取得了令人满意的结果。并讨论了氧对活化氮余辉的影响。

Abstract: The present paper describes an metastable energy transfer emission spectrometry(MTES) for the determination of zinc.When N2 was used as support gas, the active nitrogen afterglow was produced in a microwave discharge.The sample solution was introduced with an electrothermal microsam-pie introduction system, the experimental parameters affecting the determination of zinc were examined, zinc was determined at 472.2 nm and the detection limit was 2.3 ng.The method has been employed to analyse the practical samples and the result is satisfactory.
