ε-己内酯在引发剂La(OAr)3作用下的开环聚合特征──用正交试验法探讨最优聚合条件

Features of Ring-opening Polymerization of ε-Caprolactone Initiated by La(OAr)3──Optimal Conditions Explored by Orthogonal Experimental Design

摘要: 用三(2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯氧基)镧[La(OAr)3]引发ε-己内酯(CL)的开环聚合.用正交试验方法探索了ε-己内酯在该引发剂下开环聚合的最优条件.两组正交实验结果表明,最佳转化率的反应条件分别为t=20℃,t=50min,c(CL)=0.6mol/L,n(CL)/n(La)=1000和t=30℃,t=30min,c(CL)=0.7mol/L,n(CL)/n(La)=1000.DSC分析结果表明,聚合物的结晶度为50%以上.

Abstract: The ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone(CL) with lanthanum tris(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenolate)[La(OAr)3] as the initiator was reported in this work.Orthogonal experimental design was used to find the optimal conditions of the polymerization.The optimal conditions of the two orthogonal experimental designs were found to be: t=20 ℃, t=50 min, c(CL)=0.6 mol/L, n(CL)∶n(La)={1000} and t=30 ℃, t=30 min, c(CL)=0.7 mol/L, n(CL)∶n(La)=1000, respectively.The crystallinity of PCLwas above 50% measured by means of DSC, the melt temperature increased with the increase of the molecular weight, while the melt enthalpy(ΔHm) and crystallinity decreased with the increase of the molecular weight.
