葫芦[n]脲主客体作用介导PPG分子的光解反应

摘要: 设计合成了具有光可移除保护基团特性的芳香族吖啶衍生物,并通过核磁、紫外和荧光等手段,研究了葫芦[n]脲(CB[n], n=7, 8, 10)主体与该客体分子的主客体识别过程及主客体作用对其水相光解反应的影响. 研究发现,CB[7]与客体分子形成了1:1的主客体包合物,CB[8]与客体分子形成了1:1和1:2两种结合模式的主客体包合物,而CB[10]与客体分子形成了1:2的主客体包合物. 进一步研究结果表明,CB[7]的存在对客体的光解反应有一定的抑制作用,而CB[8]存在下客体的光解速率得到了明显的提升. 本文揭示了CB[n]空腔尺寸的微小变化对客体分子光解反应的不同影响,为进一步设计CB[n]作为纳米反应器介导PPG分子水相光解反应的超分子体系提供了新思路.

Abstract: An aromatic acridine derivative with photoremovable protecting group (PPG) properties was designed and synthesized. The host–guest recognition process between this guest molecule and cucurbit[n]uril (CB[n], n=7, 8, 10) was investigated, along with the effects of host–guest interaction on the photolysis of the guest in aqueous-phase using NMR, UV-Vis, and fluorescence spectroscopies. The results showed that CB[7] formed a 1:1 host–guest inclusion complex, while CB[8] formed both 1:1 and 1:2 complexes with the guest. Similarly, CB[10] exhibited a 1:2 binding mode. Furthermore, CB[7] was found to inhibit the photolysis, whereas CB[8] significantly enhanced the photolysis rate of the guest. This study highlights how subtle variations in CB[n] cavity size influence the photolysis reaction, offering insights into the design of CB[n]-based nanoreactor-mediated supramolecular systems for aqueous-phase photolysis of PPG molecules.
