低温低压空气固氮制硝酸的研究

摘要: 硝酸是化学工业的重要产品.目前国内外普遍采用的氨氧化制硝酸的方法工艺路线长、能耗高.迄今有关空气固氮的研究较少,且反应条件苛刻.Haselden等[1]在2200℃、1MPa下将空气中的氮氧化成氮氧化物(NOx),进而制取硝酸,但生成的NOx最高浓度仅为2%.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new kind of method of nitrogen fixation in air for preparing HNO3 under the gentle conditions.Air and water were used as raw materials, NOx and steam of HNO3 were used as active reaction medium.The reaction temperature and pressure are 160~360℃, 0.02~0.4 MPa, respectively.The concentration of the new product NOx can reach 4~6 wt%.
