3-吡啶基中氮茚类化合物的合成和荧光性质

Synthesis and Fluorescence Properties of 3-Pyridin-3-yl-indolizines

摘要: 在二铬酸氢四吡啶合钴(Ⅱ)[(Py)4Co(HCrO4)2, TPCD]存在下, N-吡啶甲基吡啶叶立德与缺电子烯烃反应, 一步法合成了3-吡啶基中氮茚类化合物(2a~2c). 该方法原料易得, 反应条件易控制, 为这类化合物的合成提供了新方法. 研究了化合物在乙醇等溶液中的荧光光谱为进一步研究该类化合物在不同pH溶液以及不同环境条件下的荧光性能提供了条件.

Abstract: A one-pot procedure was developed to prepare 3-pyridin-3-yl-indolizines(2a—2c) by a 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of pyridinium N-ylides to electron-deficient alkenes in the presence of tetrakispyridine cobalt(Ⅱ) dichromate(TPCD). The absorption and fluorescence spectra of compounds 2a—2c in ethanol were measured, and their fluorescence quantum yields were determined. The analysis result of the absorption and fluorescence spectra in different solvents indicates that 3-pyridin-3-yl substituent in indolizine ring apparently affects the fluorescence properties.
