Abstract: High performance capillary electrophoresis with amperometric detection was applied to the study on hydrolysis of adenosine monophosphate(AMP) in this article. Under the optimal conditions of electrophoresis(CTAB 0.2 mmol/L+PBS50 mmol/L, pH=8.2), the factors affecting the hydrolysis of AMPand mechanism of the hydrolysis were investigated. The results showed that the analytical method introduced was fast, convenient and efficient.
