摘要: 报道了C(10)位苯磺酸盐取代的胆绿素类似物的合成方法,并用光谱研究了该化合物及其与锌离子形成的配合物。

Abstract: A new bile pigment of 1,19,22,24-tetrahydro-2,3,7,8,12,13,17,18-octamethyl-10-(4-sulfonato phenyl)-1,19-dioxo-21H-biline was synthesized and confirmed by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and MS. Its complex with Zn2+was studied using absorption spectra which indicated that the complex contains two zinc ions and one biliverdin.
