过氧化物酶催化反应的底物结构的研究

摘要: 研究了23种物质对过氧化物酶催化过氧化氢氧化佳味醇反应的竞争性抑制作用,提出抑制常数Ki值的计算方法,并通过对各种物质抑制常数大小的比较和分析,提出了过氧化物酶催化氧化还原反应的最佳底物结构。

Abstract: This paper studies the competitive inhibitory actions of twenty-three substances on the oxidation reaction system of chavicol with H2O2catalyzed by peroxidase.The compu tation method of the inhibitory constant Ki, is presented. With comparing and analysing the values of all kinds of substances Ki,the best structure of the substrate in the oxidation reac tion catalyzed by peroxidase is suggested.
