摘要: 选择适当气体对气敏元件进行表面处理是气敏元件表面修饰的重要方法。本文利用SO2对H2S气敏元件进行了不同条件的处理,使得气敏元件的灵敏度和选择性得到了明显的改善。

Abstract: Choosing suitable gas for the surface treatment of gas sensing elements is one of the important technologies on the surface modification of the gas sensing elements, In the present paper, H2Sgas sensing element has been treated with SO2 gas under different conditions by which both sensitivity and selectivity of the gas sensing elements have been improved considerably.
