摘要: 通常表现明显能级量子化的超微粒结构被称作量子点,由于大而快的三阶非线性光学响应,这种材料很可能用于光计算机的开关、信号转换、信息存贮、运算等功能元件,实验表明,PbS超微粒表现出很强的三阶光学非线性响应。

关键词: 超微粒, 量子尺寸效应, 表面修饰

Abstract: In this paper we report the preparation of monodispersed lead sulfide ultrafine particles and their absorption spectra. The evident structures and blue shifts of the absorption spectra are observed. The results obtained are discussed by quantum size effect.
