Abstract: The effect of buffer pHon the migration time of both peptides and proteins was studied in the range from pH 2.5 to 111 the dependence of the elute order and resolution of the components on the pHis very sensitive and should be optimized.Special attention was also paied to it's effect on the absorption of the wall on the proteins at the basic condition. It is one of the ways to inhibit the absorption, but the pHvalues should be chosen very carefully.
