Abstract

Abstract: Based on targets structure and bio rational molecular design, the title compounds have been synthesized, all compounds have been confirmed by₁H NMRand elemental analysis.The Hill reaction inhibitory activity of all the title compounds was tested and the bioassay results indicate that some of them show a good inhibitory activity, the relationship between the structure and inhibitory was analyzed
