Abstract: In the lamellar liquid crystal(LLC) phase of NaOL/hexadecane/AHD-ol/H2Osystem, the small X-ray diffraction measurements show that hexadecane was solubilized in the oil layer, while AHD-ol, commoner in the amphiphile layer. Copolymerization of the double bonds in the middle hydrocarbon chain of NaOLand in the three double bonds of ADH-ol took place in each amphiphile layer of LLCphase. The polymer with LLCstructure and surface activity was obtained at 72 ℃.
