Addition Reaction of l,3,2-Benzodiazaphosphorin-4(1H)-one 2 Oxides with Alkene

Abstract: The addition reaction of 1, 3,2-benzodiazaphosphorin-4(1H)-one 2 oxides with(这里有图片19891208-1197-1.gif) has been studied.The structures of the eighteen new compounds synthesized have been confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMRand MS.The condition of the reaction and conformation of P-Cof products were discussed.It was found that when the mol ratio of sodium ethoide/ I was 1: 1, the ring of compound Iwould open and when the mol ratio was 1:5, the addition reaction with would take place.But, if sodium hydride of equal mol ratio to Iwas used as the catalyst, the addition reaction of compound I with(这里有图片19891208-1197-1.gif) would take place exclusively.
