Abstract: Nano-composite of hydroxyapatite/lysozyme with a size of 100 nm was synthesized in situ by chemical wet method, and characterized by nitrongen gas adsorption method, IR, SEM and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques. In comparison with that synthesized by the dipping adsorbing method, the composite synthesized by wet method has much more content and activity of lysozyme. These results suggest the composite can be used as a controlling carrier of releasing lysozyme.
