Abstract

Abstract: Awater soluble polyhydroxy derivative of1,4 diazine has been isolated from panax notoginseng for the first time Its structure was determined as 2 (1',2',3',4'-tetrahydroxybutyl)₆ (2',3',4'-trihydroxybutyl) pyrazine by MS, NMR,¹H₁H COSY,¹H₁₃ C-COSY, HMBCetc, it was also confirmed by the synthesized sample Its activity of anticancer was studied.
