Isolation, Identification and Physiological Activities of2-(1',2',3',4'-Tetrahydroxybutyl)-6-(2",3",4"-trihydroxybutyl)- pyrazine from Panax Notoginseng

Abstract: Awater soluble polyhydroxy derivative of1,4 diazine has been isolated from panax notoginseng for the first time Its structure was determined as 2 (1',2',3',4'-tetrahydroxybutyl)6 (2',3',4'-trihydroxybutyl) pyrazine by MS, NMR,1H1H COSY,1H13 C-COSY, HMBCetc, it was also confirmed by the synthesized sample Its activity of anticancer was studied.
