Abstract: In this paper, we use glucose as the contrast to study the mechanism of β-Dextrine and fixed β-Dextrine acting on the bilirublin. The results show that the hydrogen bond is the main force between β-cyclodextrin and bilirubin. After the adsorption of bilirubin for 2 h, the adsorption capacity is over 90 %.

Key words: Bilirubin, Blood pouring and transfusion, β-Cyclodextrin
