Synthesis and Spectroscopic Characterizations of Polyfluoroalkoxy Chlorophthalocyanines

Abstract

Abstract: The preparation of some chlorophthalocyanines and the reactions of them with sodium polyfluoroalkoxide were reported in this paper. Some polyfluoroalkoxy chlorophthalocyanines have been obtained by this way, and characterized by elementary analysis, IR, UV-Vis, ¹⁹FNMR spectra after purification. The effects of introduction of polyfluoroalkoxy group in the ring on the solubility, thermodynamic stability and electronic spectra were also discussed.
