Abstract: Normal human lymphocyte was used as standard diploid cell, acridine orange was used as fluorescence probe for DNAin cell, and DNAploidy of six cases of human breast tumor was analyzed by the system of Hadamard transform microscopic image analysis. Some parameters were employed to evaluate tumor malignancy, the results are concordant with pathological diagnosis, this indicates that the above instrument may be applied in diagnostic and prognostic study on human breast cancer. The results also show that significant positive correlation exists between tumor cell nuclear DNAploidy and its area (pixels).
