Abstract: Anovel method for resolution of completely overlapping HPLC-UVtwo-dimensional peaks is developed in this paper,For two-dimensional mensured data of two-component mixture, the pure spectra can be obtained if there is a single component region in the completely overlapping region and the spectra are linearly independent. The determination ofpure spectra is equivalent to an optimizing problem,The numeric genetic algorithm is used to find the optimum solution. The method is carried out to analyze 2,4-dinitrophenol and 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid and the impurity in tetracyclin hydrochloride.
