Abstract: In the new era of in-depth advancement of educational power construction and basic education reform, traditional chemistry normal student training faces structural dilemmas such as “disconnection between theory and practice, single platform, superficial ideological and political education, and insufficient innovation”, which is difficult to meet the core needs of building a high-quality teacher team. Taking “fostering virtue and cultivating talents” as the fundamental task, the College of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering of Shenzhen University has constructed an innovative four-in-one training system of “ideological and political guidance - practical connection - scientific research integration - collaborative guarantee”. Through three major practical paths including the “Smart Science” public welfare brand, the “4:30 Classroom”, and the “two-way transformation of scientific research and teaching”, the three-dimensional empowerment of normal students' “professional competence - educational feelings - innovative literacy” has been realized. A closed-loop education of “system innovation - path implementation - remarkable effects” has been formed, which provides a replicable and promotable practical paradigm for the reform of chemistry teacher education in the new era, and demonstrates the responsibility of comprehensive universities in serving the high-quality development of basic education.
